Purple Butter LONDON Leopard Mani.

Hey hey hey. Today's post will be short and sweet because I'm still in a rut and I don't want to talk much. Here is a leopard mani I did with my Butter LONDON purples. I used Muggins as the base on all fingers except the ring fingers, Scoundrel as the spots, and HRH as the base of my ring fingers as well as the outline of the spots. Excuse the shrinkage that looks like tipwear from my Seche Vite. Enjoy.

God, holding that bottle is so difficult.

What do you think? Do you like it? Let me know, thanks for reading!

I'm Sorry...here, as an Apology, I'll Sear your Retinas with Essie Camera.

Hey girlies... I'm sorry. I'm sorry for neglecting my blog and not posting anything for a whiiiile. I have been checking in and commenting on stuff I just..I don't know. I've been down in the dumps lately (as usual..) and I'm not really...personable right now? No..social? I don't know. Anyways, I have a mani today that will hopefully get me back into the swing of things and back into blogging again.

I recently got my hands on two of the new Essie shades and I couldn't wait to use them. I loooove coral, so I went with Camera first. It's a great coral crelly. This does have neon pigment in it, it dried semi-matte. It covered well in two coats, and the formula was great (which shocked me because as much as I love Essie, their formula is usually really problematic). I wanted to spice it up so I did an accent nail. Have a looky:

"But Rini," you say, "this isn't really coral..it looks orange. You big fat liar." No guys I swear it's coral. It's just so bright that it freaked out my camera. How do we fix it? I know, natural lighting and image manipulation! Here's what it really looks like:

Ah, that's better.

The other shade I picked up is Bazooka, which is a red-orange shade...another coral, I suppose. I originally wasn't going to get it but after I saw it in person, I knew it was coming home with me. I'll so something with it soon.

What do you think? Do you forgive me? I'm sorry ): Do you like this Essie? Let me know, thanks for reading! :D

Classy Leopard Print Nails ft Orly Polishes!

Hey girlies! So in my recent Ulta haul, I picked up Orly Pure Porcelain. I AM IN LOVE! It's amazing and I love it and ahhh! So I decided to use it to do a leopard print mani, because I love leopard print :) I used another Orly, Prince Charming, for the spots, and an Art Deco black striper polish for the outlines. Here is what I got:

Here's my right hand, that rarely gets any love. I think it came out better. Ignore the polish on my pointer finger :b

What do you think? Do you like this? Are you over leopard print? Let me know! Thanks for reading! :D

Leopard Print ft CG Concrete Catwalk

Hey gals! So tomorrow is my halfaversary so we're going out to dinner and I wanted to do some nail art since it's been a while (for me, 2 days seems like a while, ha!). So I did nail art inspired by my cute new cardigan :) sidenote, I LOOOOOOVE fall!! Cardigan weather is upon us and I could NOT be happier :) anyways, here's my mani:

That's ONE COAT of Concrete Catwalk...that totally blew me away. It is the perfect dark gray. One coat...I'm still not over how amazing that is. I used CG Recycle for the spots and a black nail art pen for the outline. I know it's darker than the colors on the cardigan BUT I like it that way just because I don't want it TOO matchy-matchy. Had I used CG Recycle for the background and OPI Skull & Glossbones for the spots, it would have been perfect but I love how they came out. What do you guys think? :) Thanks for reading, have a great weekend! :D

Pink Leopard

Hey gals! So I got a few compliments on my last nail art while it lasted. Everyone who saw them said, "Arizona Iced Tea!" haha. Anyways, I took of the mani and decided I wanted to go fierce. I wanted to use more than one color. I wanted something easily done with the tools I have. So I went with leopard nails. I'll def have more options after I get my nail brush set in the mail. I should be getting them soon. Anyways, below is a base of China Glaze Something Sweet, and the spots are China Glaze Sugar High, Flyin' High, and Grape Pop. I didn't plan it but these all turned out to be from the Up & Away collection. All topped with a coat of Poshe. Behold:

It is SOOOO difficult to take good pictures with this camera. I'll be getting my old one back soon! And maybe even a new one :) Anywhos, feedback? Did I do well? How could I have made it better? Thanks for reading, and happy polishing! :)
