OPI Warm and Fozzie + Muppets Mini Haul

Hey gals! So I finally got my hands on some of the polishes from the OPI Muppets collection! I'm SO excited. I was most excited about Warm and Fozzie so I swatched it first and I'm glad I did. It's SO pretty! I just can't get it to show up well on camera. It's a duochrome foil with what looks like gold, bronze, and pink foil pieces in it and it looks green depending on the angle. It's a GREAT color. I read many reviews that said this was sheer, but it only took me two normal coats for opacity. The formula was great, too. It wasn't too thick but it wasn't too thin. It was somewhere in between, meaning it was close to perfect. I predict that removal will be a pain in the behind because clean up was a little messy because the foil particles got everywhere but I don't mind because it's pretty :) Here are some pictures:




Try as I might, I could NOT get the green duochrome to show but it is there. Not a strong duochrome but it's a pretty one. Doesn't this make you feel warm and fuzzy? I love it. :) Here I used Seche Vite because I'm trying to rekindle my relationship with it...I read that shrinkage can be reduced by thinning it out and wrapping the tips...but I always wrap my tips so I thinned mine with like, 10 drops of Seche Restore so let's see if that helps some. Oh, and here are the other polishes I picked up from the collection in my mini haul. I plan on returning for more, specifically Excuse Moi!

Warm and Fozzie, Meep-Meep-Meep, Animal-istic, Rainbow Connection

I know I said I wouldn't pick up Rainbow Connection because I have Deborah Lippmann's Happy Birthday but I caved and bought it anyways. I can't wait to try Meep-Meep-Meep :D

    I am surprised by the shimmer colors of this collection. I ended up liking them more then the glitters I so longed for!

    I am also surprised, Peace, Love and Polish. I was expecting to want all of the glitters but I like the shimmers more! I'm probably going to pick up the rest of the collection anyway though :)

    AHHH warm and fozzie is next on my list.... I already have Rainbow Connection, meep meep meep, and excuse moi! I have gone gonzo and a few others on the way to me.. I absolutely became OBSESSED with this collection when I saw it at merle norman... i feel so guilty spending so much money on one collection, LOL.

    @ Desiree: Don't feel guilty, it's a great collection! I'm still on the fence about the four matching glitters though, just because I don't want to put on 5 coats to get full coverage...ah, I'm sure I'm gonna cave and buy them all anyways haha.
